When should I arrive?

The festival starts on Friday, June 21, 2024. Therefore, we recommend arriving Thursday, June 20, 2024.

Which airport should I fly into?

We recommend flying into Indianapolis International Airport (IND).

How do I get to Columbus?

Columbus is 45 minutes south of Indianapolis, IN. You are welcome to rent a car, but won't need it in Columbus. We have arranged a round-trip shuttle service from the airport to Columbus. Please visit the transportation page to purchase your shuttle ticket.

Why do I have to RSVP for specific programs?

Unlike other architecture festivals where all programming takes place in one conference hall, we are hosting our events in several venues across town and each has its own capacity limitations. 

Will I have to pay extra for each program?

The vast majority of programs are included in the price of your ticket. However, some may require you to pay an extra fee. This will be clearly communicated when the final schedule is released on February 1, 2024, so that you know what is expected before you sign up on March 1, 2024. 

I was really excited to see a particular speaker but didn't make the RSVP list. Now what? 

We have several other speakers taking the Perspective stage. We're sorry you didn't get your first choice, but we know you'll enjoy hearing any of the other guests scheduled. 

I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund? 

All ticket sales are final- but are transferrable.
